Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lucas Lane purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or any odors

  • Returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at shoplucaslane@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Items discounted 20% or more

  • All items marked “Sale”

  • Flash sale purchases (including holiday or limited-time promotions)

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Leggings/Bras

Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, bras, leggings, and similar items cannot be returned. If such an item is sent back, a $5 reshipment fee will be required to return it to you.

Gift cards are final sale.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shoplucaslane@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or error

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order using your store credit once issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please include your packing slip inside the return package.

Return address will be provided after return request is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received.
